Minutes of Meeting held on August 19, 2014
The meeting of the LEA WOOD HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION was called to order at
6:00 p.m. by Noland Whaley, President.

the driver of the truck

Carol will make signs for Mailboxes (6) to
notify residents/put notice on webpage, too…one week in advance.

Budget -- Noland went over budget he worked out.

He includes estimates for fee increase of both $155/month
and $160/month

Added in Gutters and Fall leaves

Insurance increased

Office supplies/scribe increased

Tree maintenance increased
