and drains

Cutting
Edge worked cleaning drains, supposedly, no further discussion continued.

Mailbox

o $1025 each for five 12 door boxes with a parcel
locker – (total: $5125)
o Not installed.
o No discount from the post office
o Unanimous agreement they must be replaced
§ Greg will contact contractor friend, for less
expensive suggestions
§ Udie will contact Mark Sebring also for possible
help
§ June suggests to check the Contractor Resale
event for old units

Foundation repair update--Jim was here to advise that the Ramjack guy will

presented current bid $16,000.00 is bid for stump removal 1327-1333.

Suggestions
to get estimates for eaves cleaning/moss removal
o Power washing/versus general cleaning
§ Board says NO power washing…

Because power
washing can cause leaking in vents and soffits

Only time
to power wash is when you are going to paint
o Greg volunteered brush the eaves for all – on
Saturdays and/or Sundays until all units are cleaned. THANK
YOU, GREG!!
