The meeting of the LEA WOOD HOME
OWNERS ASSOCIATION was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Noland Whaley,
President.

Landscaper issues – Greg recommended that we
have Mitch (Dan’s son) come to a Board meeting, or someone talk to him
personally. o Landscaper Dan is facing medical issues so son is taking over
gradually o Let

issue is they are not taking care of the trimmings and the limbs properly. § They are throwing them into the creek

foundation repair

Speed bumps – Noland will check on pricing

says he wants to step down as President –

Too many complaint calls to his cell

Too many calls, repairs, bids for works

We need an “Ernie”/Handyman

Eugene/Springfield

Greg has a friend that might be able to be the
handyman

Calls to make an appointments with
contractors/service people

Noland knows a retired contractor who might be
able check stuff that needs to be done – consulting only \

Noland will email this person to make an
appointment to meet a Board member or two on a Saturday

The issue of Noland’s resignation as President
was tabled until next meeting.
