The meeting of the LEA WOOD HOME
OWNERS ASSOCIATION was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Noland Whaley,

Gutter Bids

Four bids for gutter work

Flush the downspouts

Clean the gutters and roofs

1300’s need it more than 1200’s units

Recommend tweaking the bid

Noland suggests having the contractor do
1347-1353 first

Then see how they do, afterwards deal with the
downspouts

Prioritize ones that needed for the hard line
for each block of units.

Funds are going to be tight

Board approved going with Cutting Edge

Ron and Greg will deal with the contractor and
discuss with him what we want.

Parking at the 1300 block – violations

Noland/Carol will write up a warning to post on
the windshield of violators

Enable Ron to post was he sees fit, for
overnighters only

residents…possible shared care for people with cats.

the next meeting
