The Oregon Legislature has changed the rules for condo bylaws, so the Board is working on re-writes. Come attend the next meeting, and see what's up!
Welcome to our community of 52 condominium homes, adjacent to Amazon Creek and the Gudukut Wetland. We take pride in maintaining the appearance of our grounds and exterior of buildings; residents contribute monthly dues for this purpose and volunteer as Board members to take care of tasks such as hiring the vendors who service our community, set the monthly dues, and the guidelines for community living.
