and Towing—Towing with A+Express was reviewed by the board

Board members need to be on a list to be notified of request for towing, and
allowed to authorize towing

Board members on the list to be called to authorize towing.

parking on a case by case basis possible

New Business:

– Need to call Ramjack for foundation because they were approved before.

Will
get a Board member to be there when they bid for it. (Jim Tomaney)

– It was voted and approved for 1285 to have deck extended at owner’s expense.

1283-1283
– It was voted and approved the both 1283 and 1285 need foundation work done.

– Gutter repair on 1327, gutter is not attached to the wall.
