Residents
and Home Owners:
It has come to our attention
that there is an issue with illegal parking, double parking within our
community. We would just like to remind everyone that it is the owner/tenant’s
responsibility to insure their guests know the parking rules of our community.
The Home Owners' Association
rule states that there is 1.5 spaces available to you in front of your unit
(one for a car, and .5 for a motorcycle). Extra parking available, on
City View Street, for all residents--for guests or extra vehicles.
If any vehicle is parked illegally in the community, IT WILL BE TOWED. Starting January 20, 2015, all illegally parked
vehicles will be towed. The A+ Express/Dannevik’s
Towing Company will remove such vehicles from the community. The residents responsible for those vehicles
will have to pay all towing and impound fees.
There will be no
exceptions. New signs are posted and will
be strictly enforced.
