MORE ABOUT LEA WOOD

Welcome to Lea Wood and our community of 52 condominium homes located in Eugene, Oregon.

Members of the community can use this site as a resource for all community related information.

We take pride in maintaining the appearance of our grounds. The condo association, through monthly dues, maintains the exterior of the buildings and the common areas. We expect homeowners and other residents to maintain the appearance of their decks or patios.

This community is self-managed through a volunteer board. Nine owners or residents volunteer their time and serve on the board, which meets monthly. Board members hire the vendors who service our community, set the monthly dues and guidelines for community living.

All homeowners and residents are invited to the annual meeting held in September, when activities of the previous year are reviewed and plans are made for the upcoming year.

As in any community with close neighbors, it is important to respect the privacy of your neighbors and to maintain the peace and quiet that we all want to enjoy.

Our complex is bounded by City View Street, Amazon Creek, and the Gudukut Wetland area ... the latter is a lovely open space on which no development is allowed because it is a Designated Wetland Area. In winter the pools fill and seasonally migrating geese visit.

It is the home of the Pacific tree frog.
